Junior is an emerging branding studio in Australia that partners with early stage founders to build long term brands. Their services span strategy, marketing, communications and design.
Being a young studio, it was important for Junior's branding identity to be humble and dynamic to allow room for growth as the studio evolves. Responding to this aspect of the brief, the colour palette was designed to be adaptive over time and free to meander different hues along the colour wheel that are unified through consistent tonal values.
Pairing a classic sans-serif with a modern revival of Times New Roman (JHA Times Now), the robust typography complements the spacious print and digital layouts to create a gently playful and quietly confident visual language.
Adding some creative flair to the static webpage, the website design incorporates a coded gradient tracker that follows the position of the mouse cursor, subtly changing colour as the user navigates the page.
